USA shipping

So I am waiting for the arival of my grobo. I was advised the product shipped. But I am unsure if I need to pay the clearance fee before or after delivery. Do any Grobo owners in the USA have experience with this?

This isn’t Grobo’s fault. But my shipment was not delivered. I’ve already opened a support ticket with grobo and fedex. Apparently the shipment cleared customs. But it never left customs. This is frustrating.

Has anyone else had issues with fedex on delivering to the USA? I can’t imagine I’m the only customer who is or has had this problem. Again I know it isn’t Grobo that did this, it’s FedEx. If it wasn’t so expensive and took some much to get here, I would be so aggravated.

Same here. Tied up in customs.
Except UPS is the shipper.

Well that’s a bummer. The odd part is it was released then re-held. I’m pretty sure that’s what is going on with my order. But fedex is saying it’s been released and should arrive. I’m thinking there is a hold for whatever reason, again, and fedex would rather say nothing than the truth.

At least UPS is giving you more details :slight_smile:

Hello! @Growya I just responded to you through our ticket! I want to let everyone know that we do occasionally run into delays at customs as they need to process the shipments and all of the required paperwork. Sometimes they will call us to confirm some details but otherwise this is a part of the usual shipping process and unfortunately can be slow at times. Of course, if anyone has any concerns feel free to send us a ticket and we can look in to things on our end!
